About The Role
As a Graphic Designer at Consertus, you will be an integral part of our in‑house Marketing & Business Development team, creating compelling visual narratives and assets that strengthen our brand presence. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to design engaging B2B marketing materials that communicate our story, elevate client experiences, and support business growth.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who combines design excellence with strategic thinking—someone who can uphold and evolve the Consertus brand across digital and print platforms while ensuring every visual touchpoint reflects our values and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholders and collaborators through creative processes, guiding design strategy from concept to completion.
- Design and produce diverse deliverables, including brochures, reports, infographics, diagrams, presentations, social media graphics, interactive web assets, advertisements, and trade show materials.
- Collaborate with teams to develop stories from the ground up, identifying opportunities where visual storytelling and design amplify messaging.
- Communicate design ideas clearly, conveying value propositions effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintain brand integrity while pushing creativity within a unified brand palette.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects, delivering high‑quality design work under deadlines.
- Ensure attention to detail in both asset production and broader creative concepts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3–6 years of graphic design experience in‑house or at a creative agency.
- Compelling portfolio of B2B marketing, communications, and/or editorial design work.
- Expertise in print and digital design deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Experience with email platforms, PowerPoint, and other graphic design platforms.
- Strong self‑discipline, confidence, and ability to work as a self‑starter across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to feedback and revisions.
- Attention to detail in layouts, color schemes, and typography.
- UI/UX design experience.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Design experience serving professional services firms.
- Creating graphics for web, email campaigns, and social media.
- Updating and creating new content on websites using WordPress.
Working Hours
Standard hours; evenings/weekends during proposal peaks. Full‑time, Exempt. Hybrid / Remote (Travel ≈25%).
Compensation Range
$65,000–$75,000; Eligible for Bonus.
