An integral member of the marketing & communications team; will be responsible for delivering a clear and cohesive brand message via assets to be amplified across all departments and channels. Be driven, creative, collaborative, and ready!
Report to Art Director
Hybrid (in office 2-3x a week)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely alongside marketing, communications and ecommerce teams in creating, visualizing and executing concepts for communications across all channels.
- Implement adherence to brand guidelines in execution of all assets both internal and with vendors.
- Create emails, homepage banners, blogs, look books, packaging, presentations, social templates, digital ads, invitations and designs for e-commerce and brick & mortar stores (website, social, store signage, direct mail, flyers etc.)
- Support marketing team on asset production and execution of mechanicals ie; layouts, guidelines for photoshoot team.
- Manage and maintain image archive, branding collateral and distribution of print and digital assets for publication.
- Manage the brands internal linesheet photoshoots from season to season.
- Support the Art Director with ecommerce photoshoots, image selects, and retouching.
- Support execution of design requests from internal and external sources, adhering to processes and timelines.
- Maintain an understanding of industry graphic design best practices.
Education and experience required:
- College degree, preferably in graphic design or related.
- 5+ years in a position offering relevant experience, including experience working in Ecommerce.
- Knowledge of digital marketing creative design best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to take direction and concepts and apply them to own designs but should also be comfortable conceptualizing own ideas.
- Ability to multi-task, balance multiple projects and manage time and workflow in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with video editing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Capture One, and Premiere Pro.
- UX experience a plus.
