Senior Video & Motion Graphics Designer
Voya Financial is seeking a Senior Video and Motion Graphics Designer to join the creative team, reporting to the Lead Creative Director. The role focuses on branded video and campaign creative across the Voya portfolio, leveraging a cross‑section of advertising, video production, and media expertise.
Responsibilities
- Participate in brainstorms to develop creative strategy and concepts.
- Manage and mentor an offshore team of video editors and motion graphics artists.
- Own and oversee quality control and timelines for all video and motion graphic content.
- Deliver write‑ups and visual materials to convey ideas.
- Participate in client meetings to pitch programs.
- Work with designers and video editors to execute vision through post‑production.
- Stay current on content, platform, and technology trends and suggest new ways to increase output quality.
- Maintain brand identities within the BDG portfolio and pivot between editorial voices as needed.
- Stay current on social media optimization tactics and understand how to create successful content for each platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing creative video marketing and motion graphics—corporate or agency setting preferred.
- Excellent leadership qualities that would translate to successfully leading an offshore team of video editors and motion graphic artists.
- Proven ability in developing video creative: scripting/treatments, creative input on shoots, and collaboration with art directors and crew.
- Strong presentation skills to convey creative ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting all deadlines.
Compensation Pay Disclosure
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable. The annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range for this position. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on role performance.
$75,830 - $126,390 USD
