Who You Are
You have at least 5 years of experience in legal or corporate libraries
Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
Familiar with integrated library systems and knowledgeable about legal and business literature across print and digital formats
Committed to delivering exceptional client service
What You’ll Do
Maintain and organize print collections
Create and update holdings, item, and patron records in the integrated library system
Research and purchase approved print materials, and oversee check-in and distribution
Record acquisitions data, process invoices, and allocate client-matter charges
Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies
Support mail processing, serials control, and routing list maintenance
Participate in collection review initiatives across multiple offices
What Success Looks Like
Resources are accurately tracked, processed, and distributed across designated offices
Print collections are well-maintained, current, and accessible
Vendor relationships are productive and billing issues are resolved efficiently
Data entry and invoice processing are completed with precision
Salary Range: $65,000 – 80,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid
