We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients to support the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and has a passion for marketing strategy, content creation, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
- Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media, and promotional materials
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and events
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
