As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication to those at the location. You will remain visible and responsive, assisting with routine patrols and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to site occupants by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any irregularities.
  • Document security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and first responders as needed to provide assistance and support site operations.
  • Remain alert to changes in the environment and promptly report concerns or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
