What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the design and execution of video and motion graphics projects for CareScout and Genworth brands
• Edit and produce social media video content, brand videos, and internal communications
• Create motion graphics for various digital content formats, ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate with the Art Director and larger creative team on storyboarding and brainstorming
• Manage multiple editing timelines while meeting publishing deadlines across channels

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design, particularly for social media and digital campaigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion and video editing skills across multiple channels
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere)
• Solid understanding of social platform specifications, trends, and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency across platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with Davinci Resolve
• Knowledge of animation and storytelling techniques
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to various creative video needs
