We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across both content and technical dimensions. This role blends analytical rigor with creative collaboration, supporting our mission to scale visibility, traffic, and conversions through high‑impact SEO initiatives. As the SEO Specialist, you’ll be the go‑to expert for keyword strategy, technical audits, backlink development, and performance reporting. You’ll work cross‑functionally with content creators, developers, and conversion specialists to ensure our digital presence is optimized for both search engines and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword Research & Content Strategy
• Identify high‑value keywords and search trends
• Develop detailed content briefs to guide writers and editors

Technical SEO & Site Health

• Conduct regular technical audits to uncover crawl, indexation, and performance issues
• Collaborate with Developers to implement fixes and enhancements
• Authority Building & Backlink Strategy
• Design and execute white‑hat backlink acquisition campaigns

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metricsDeliver actionable insights and monthly performance reports
• Partner with Copywriters to produce blog posts and long‑form content
• Work with the CRO team to optimize page structure and conversion paths

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience (content + technical)
• Strong understanding of HTML, site architecture, and on‑page optimization
• Experience with backlink outreach and authority‑building strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
