Position Summary
True Solutions is looking for a self‑motivated designer to join a growing team that builds custom web applications for enterprise and retail clients.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will advocate for end users and shape how our web apps look and operate. Your work will help millions of end users across the U.S. with their technology needs.

Job Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, robust experiences for new and existing web apps
- Create user flows and customer journeys based on meetings with clients
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using our design library
- Design digital and print signage and advertisements
- Present user flows, mockups, and prototypes to internal and external teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your designs meet client requirements
Professional Experience
- 2+ years as a UX / UI designer / graphic designer
- Portfolio with 3+ polished UI/UX projects
- Skilled with Figma (mandatory)
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, and other UX deliverables
- Experience with modern, responsive HTML/CSS
Bonus:
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- ADA Compliance

Compensation
- $40k-55k
- 16 paid days off and 10 paid holidays per year
