Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a UI Production Designer to join their team. As a UI Production Designer, you will be part of the UX department supporting cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, be detail-oriented and organized, and demonstrate adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to prepare high-quality design files for development

• Stay hands-on through build and QA processes to ensure design fidelity and quality

• Maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene practices

• Serve as a design system expert, implementing and extending components, tokens, and visual patterns

• Translate UX flows and product requirements into refined, visually engaging UI designs

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI design or production design

• Experience working with enterprise-level design systems and Figma, including component creation, variants, and library management

• Understanding of responsive design for multiple platforms (web, mobile, app)

• Experience collaborating directly with product managers and developers through delivery and QA

• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency
