Job Description

As a Video Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise-wide video conferencing, digital signage, and AV systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reliable and high‑quality video communication across regional offices and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Video Support: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across international locations.
• AV Systems Engineering: Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure, including hardware and software for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and signage networks.
• Project Leadership: Lead or support AV‑related projects, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and integration with collaboration tools.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Proactive Support: Implement monitoring and maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance user experience.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation; deliver training to local support teams and end users.
• Regional Collaboration: Partner with support leads across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC to uphold consistent standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience in AV systems engineering and video conferencing technologies.
• Strong understanding of digital signage platforms and scheduling systems.
• Experience managing AV projects and working with external vendors.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in enterprise environments with global operations.
• Familiarity with AV monitoring tools and proactive support strategies.
• Certifications in AV technologies (e.g., CTS, Crestron, Extron).
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
