Job Summary
FIRST RF is looking for a passionate and skilled Web Developer to join our team. This position will develop, maintain, and deploy internal web applications. You will work closely with engineers and the operations team to ensure a seamless and innovative user experience. We are looking for an individual who is a problem‑solver and eager to contribute to a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user‑friendly websites and web applications
- Write clean, efficient front‑end and back‑end code
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of web solutions
- Test, debug, and deploy changes using version control and CI/CD workflows
Qualifications – Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience with front‑end technologies or frameworks such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in a back‑end framework such as Node.js and Django
- Basic networking knowledge
Qualifications – Preferred Education and Experience
- Proficiency in Docker
- Familiarity with VSCode Devcontainers
- Comfortable in a Linux environment
Employment Details
Position Type: Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Typical office hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; hours may vary based on workload and manager’s discretion.
Travel: None
Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk or hear, close vision and ability to adjust focus, lifting files, opening filing cabinets, bending or standing on a stool as necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
