Summary One of our blue cross blue shield clients is s seeking for a Technical Writer to craft manuals, job-aids, and SOPs pertaining to how their claims system works and how to process claims. The hired resource will be responsible for rewriting existing manuals and working with subject-matter experts in different teams to understand complex information and craft documentation for easier consumption of users lessening the learning curve. This person will be working heavily on MS Word, SharePoint, or Excel. Required Skills 5+ years technical writing experience Experience writing job aids, SOPs, manuals for a healthcare insurance process/company with the help of SMEs Experience with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint (We only need basic Excel work, no complex formulas/functions.) Location Remote.
