LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking part-time Retail Marketers to work on site at a variety of retail stores. Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, be self‑motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation. Hours and days vary, and weekend availability is a must. The pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with weekly paid compensation.

Job Summary

The Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for our local office by engaging potential customers. Responsibilities include exceeding lead targets and reporting to the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision, keeping the manager informed of progress.
• Meet predetermined performance goals.
• Generate high-quality leads for our industry-leading products.

Job Requirements

• Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Smartphone required.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our products.
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product.
