Retail Weekday Event Marketer

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking part‑time Retail Marketers. The role involves working on site at a variety of retail stores, attending pre‑scheduled shifts, and generating leads for the local office. Weekend availability and weekday evenings (Monday‑Thursday) are required.

Job Summary

As a Retail Marketer, you will attend scheduled shifts in retail stores, engage potential customers, and generate qualified leads for our industry‑leading gutter protection products. You will work towards exceeding lead targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed.
• Meet predetermined performance goals.
• Generate high‑quality leads for our industry‑leading products.

Job Requirements

• Willingness to work weekday evenings (Monday‑Thursday) and weekends.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Smartphone required.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product.
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time.
• Ability to use our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay: $18 per hour.
• Commission opportunities: $25+ per hour based on performance.
