Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.
Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase search visibility and web traffic.
Write and brief SEO-optimized content, including news articles and blog posts.
Research and identify relevant keywords and search terms, and optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, alt texts) for SEO.
Monitor and analyze SEO/SEA performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
Develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
Enhance site structure, page speed, and mobile performance for better user experience and rankings.
Co-manage Google Ads campaigns, track performance, and report using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Support lead generation and nurturing through marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Requirements
Excellent command of English
and German
, both written and spoken.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEA, with practical experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Search Console.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CMS platforms, ideally WordPress.
Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
Creative mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
