Tasks Are you data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising? We’re looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms like Meta, GDN, and native networks. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for testing, scaling, and driving performance—this role is for you.

Main Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Set up and launch paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, GDN, native)

Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting

Ensure campaigns align with compliance and platform policies

Research, Testing, and Optimization

Conduct vertical and keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities

Test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy using structured A/B frameworks

Analyze key metrics (CTR, ROI, CPA, CPC) to improve results

Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and keywords

Identify scaling opportunities and reduce unprofitable spend

Tracking & Profit Accountability

Ensure accurate tracking through platforms like Voluum or RedTrack

Own campaign-level profit and loss, adjusting strategy to maintain margins

Investigate performance anomalies and support data-driven decision-making

Others

Accepts other responsibilities as maybe assigned by superior according to the need of the Company.

Creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner.

Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support to the goal of the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field required (Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred)

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, Taboola, GDN is a strong plus

Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or any digital marketing-related course preferred

Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack)

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus

Familiarity with A/B testing, keyword research tools, and campaign budgeting is advantageous
