A well-established organization headquartered in Orlando is seeking a visionary

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

to lead its business development and brand growth initiatives. This strategic and hands-on executive role will oversee all aspects of sales operations, marketing strategy, and client engagement to drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen the company's market position. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven background in strategic planning, team leadership, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives

Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams to ensure peak performance and accountability

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives

Oversee marketing campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing efforts to enhance visibility and engagement

Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships

Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor sales effectiveness, marketing ROI, and pipeline health

Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance to align sales and marketing objectives with broader business goals

Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Foster innovation in lead generation, customer engagement, and brand differentiation

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams

Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate vision into actionable results

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Experience developing and managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

Preferred: Master's Degree or MBA

Background in service-based industries or multi-location business models

Experience with CRM implementation and digital marketing strategy development
