As a Marketing & Sales Representative, you'll redefine community connectivity through AT&T's integrated service solutions. The Marketing & Sales Representative develops deep expertise in consultative engagement, helping customers create seamless digital experiences with AT&T's complete set of service packages while driving territory performance through strategic relationship-building. Role Requirements for a Marketing & Sales Representative Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote AT&T’s fiber, wireless, and entertainment services across assigned regions.

Recommend service bundles based on customer connectivity goals, usage habits, and budget alignment.

Coordinate marketing efforts, including branded messaging, promotional content, and localized campaign strategies.

Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to enrollment and activation—for a seamless customer experience.

Maintain CRM accuracy by logging service milestones, account updates, and customer interactions for tracking and retention.
