Purpose
The Marketing Operations Specialist is a highly organized, technically?inclined role that bridges the gap between marketing strategy and execution. Leveraging technology, the specialist streamlines processes, optimizes campaigns, and ensures marketing efforts drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Execute updates to company website, PowerPoint decks, messaging templates, and sales support collateral.
- Maintain the core marketing technology stack to ensure data hygiene, efficient processes, and troubleshoot technical issues with Sales, IT, and other teams.
- Coordinate end?to?end execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, events, etc.), including building workflows and sequences in HubSpot and adhering to timelines.
- Track and analyze marketing performance data, including KPIs such as conversion rates, MQL?to?SQL conversion rate, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Create marketing reports and dashboards in HubSpot to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the automation of repetitive marketing tasks, leveraging HubSpots automation capabilities.
- Support the Events Manager with shipping/receiving and maintaining swag inventory.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
- HubSpot experience.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- Basic computer skills.

- Experience with Jobs to be Done methodology.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Graphic design and writing skills.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Other Information
Supervisory Responsibility: This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: In most cases, work will be performed in a climate?controlled office space. Remote work is possible if approved.
Travel: Occasional travel is required for key conferences and trade shows.
Physical Demand: This role requires using a computer for long periods, receiving, inventorying, and shipping conference supplies and customer gifts, and setting up tradeshow booths.
Position Type and Hours: Full?time, five eight?hour days (at least 40 hours) per week. Typical workdays begin at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, with a one?hour lunch break.
