Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Leadership

Develop and execute a global employee communications strategy aligned with Logitech’s cultural values, priorities, and business goals.

Serve as the strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on employee engagement and internal messaging.

Internal Communication Programs

Design and implement programs that connect employees across locations, emphasizing inclusion, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Collaborate with People & Culture and functional leaders to ensure seamless communication during organizational change or business transformation.

Partner with our People & Culture team to create global campaigns to foster awareness of company initiatives, product launches, and corporate social responsibility goals.

Executive Communications

Partner with executive leadership to craft authentic messaging and thought leadership for internal audiences.

Lead communication efforts for company-wide forums such as global huddles, leadership events, and town halls.

Content Development & Storytelling

Partner with Communications leadership to create and extend impactful content across channels including newsletters, blogs, video scripts, intranet platforms, and more.

Champion the voice of employees worldwide, ensuring internal messaging reflects diverse perspectives and experiences.

Channel & Tools Management

Optimize existing communication channels and tools, identifying new technology as needed to improve reach and engagement.

Analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications channels, continuously improving messaging impact.

Team Leadership

Build, manage, and mentor a high‑performing global employee communications team.

Foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth within the team.

Required Qualifications

Exceptional communications experience, to include a leadership role focusing on global employee communications.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism; related field or equivalent industry experience.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and influence cross‑functional teams and senior executives in a global, fast‑paced organization.

Communication Expertise: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and content development skills. Ability to simplify complex ideas and present them authentically and clearly.

Strategic Vision: Experience creating and executing robust global communication strategies with measurable business impact.

Cultural Competence: Deep appreciation and understanding of cultural differences and nuances, tailoring messaging accordingly.

Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize against competing demands.

Experience working within the consumer technology or innovation‑driven industries.

Background in companies with a strong emphasis on sustainability, design, and corporate culture.

Expertise in managing employee communications during times of significant organizational change.

Salary This position offers an annual salary of typically between $170,000 and $270,000, dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
