Employee Benefits Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of large accounts, with a focus on accounts generating $25,000+ in revenue. Drive new business acquisition while maintaining and renewing existing accounts. Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed recommendations. Attend client meetings and networking events as needed, with some travel required. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Active Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of benefits sales experience within a broker setting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills, including personality, drive, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
