We are seeking a proactive Digital Media Account Manager to join our Lifesciences division. This vital position works closely with the Strategic Sales Director to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue through exceptional service delivery across various platforms (including email, lead generation, digital display, and video). With your expertise in DTC and HCP clients’ ROI, and campaign strategies, you will help clients navigate and optimize their digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients/agencies. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives, ensuring collaboration across delivery, operations, media, CX, and content. Balance client needs with Sharecare's goals while providing an exceptional consumer experience. Proactively manage client program performance, maximizing profitability and quality outcomes for both clients and Sharecare. Address customer issues promptly and effectively escalate concerns as needed. Collaborate on proposals and campaign strategies, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and our products. Use data analytics throughout the sales process, from pre-sale to post-campaign reporting. Guide post-sales implementation with the Operations team. Conduct regular meetings with clients, presenting performance reports and insights. Monitor campaign delivery and performance, offering proactive optimization recommendations. Incorporate client feedback to enhance execution strategies. Drive performance improvements based on insights from third-party tools. Support accounts receivable with timely and accurate invoicing. Provide industry insights and highlight significant trends. Contribute to contract renewals and account growth through client satisfaction and performance improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or managing digital advertising campaigns (preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare). Ability to make swift, informed decisions in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly. Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategy development. A genuine passion for teamwork, client service, digital advertising, and achieving business results. Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
