Responsibilities Plan and prepare for engaging video and photo projects tailored to our marketing clients. Execute creative productions, delivering high-quality video and photo content. Manage around 6 clients and produce approximately 6 videos per client each month. Create an impressive total of about 36 Shorts (1-minute videos) each month. Handle post-production editing expertly to meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients using ClickUp. Work collaboratively with our internal team to enhance service offerings continuously. Engage with various departments to capture photo and video content for client websites and digital advertising. Ideal Attributes for Success A passion for partnering with local small/medium-sized businesses. Enjoyment in crafting quick, engaging short-form vertical content for social media. Experience in retainer style work, managing a diverse portfolio of clients monthly. Ability to edit content promptly and efficiently. Interest in promoting innovation for growing businesses. Proficiency and comfort with Adobe Premiere and Adobe Lightroom. A keen eye for visually appealing photos and videos. A commitment to staying updated on the latest production and editing techniques. The team usually operates from the Launch Kit office or the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays for uninterrupted productivity. Meetings are primarily scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with a focus on task completion on other days. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Technology Utilized Launch Kit operates on a Mac-based system for all computers. We utilize Sony cameras for our videography needs. Editing software includes Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop. Email communication is conducted through Gmail. File management is handled via Google Drive. Stay organized with Google Calendar, and collaborate through Google Chat and Google Meet. Manage projects using ClickUp and log time with Timely. All necessary software is provided by Launch Kit.
