JOB DESCRIPTION Studio Cleaner SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio Are you passionate about health and wellness, take pride in a clean environment, and want to be part of a fast-growing wellness brand? SweatHouz is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Cleaner to help us maintain a pristine, welcoming space for every guest experience. ABOUT US SWTHZ (https://swthz.com) is the fastest growing multi-unit brand in wellness, with 60+ open locations and over 400 licenses sold across the U.S. Were redefining wellness through luxury contrast therapy, with studios offering private infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C showers. Were scaling rapidly and looking for team members who want to grow with us in a supportive, high-energy environment. ABOUT YOU Youre dependable, proactive, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized. You care about the guest experience and understand the importance of a hygienic, welcoming studio. You enjoy working independently, but youre also a team player whos ready to jump in wherever needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-house Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughly Handle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses Clean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the day Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standards Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings BENEFITS Paid training Medical/Dental/Vision for full-time employees Free unlimited SweatHouz membership Friendly, wellness-focused atmosphere Opportunities for internal growth Hours: Flexible schedule; weekend availability required #PM25 Requirements: Compensation details:
