Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the face of the campaigns you represent. Key Responsibilities: Represent charitable partners at local events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Engage with attendees in a warm, professional, and approachable way
Communicate nonprofit missions, goals, and impact clearly and confidently
Help supporters understand how they can get involved through donations or advocacy
Collaborate with your outreach team to achieve campaign success
