We are looking for an imaginative Writer to bring our mission to life through compelling storytelling. You will be the voice of WSPEC, crafting engaging newsletter articles and web content that capture the excitement of our competitions and the promise of a future in space. Your words will inspire students, engage our community, and paint a vivid picture of humanity's next giant leap.
What You'll Do:
Write and publish articles and blog posts that explore topics in space technology, profile our talented competitors, and explain the science behind the space elevator.
Develop and write articles for our monthly newsletter.
Collaborate with the entire WSPEC team to find and develop powerful stories from within our community.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a writer, journalist, or content creator, for a public audience.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with a talent for making complex subjects entertaining and understandable.
Editing and proofreading abilities with a command of grammar and style.
A genuine passion for space exploration, technology, and STEAM education.
