Manage and maintain existing knowledge documents to ensure accuracy and relevance. Create and organize new knowledge documents to support organizational needs. Promote training and effective use of the knowledge management tools across teams. Prepare monthly reports on the usage and effectiveness of the knowledge management system. Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to enhance information accessibility. What's Needed?
Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and ITSM tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical information for diverse audiences. Solid understanding of network infrastructure and IT concepts. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
