The Junior AE Development Program

We are seeking ambitious talent with the potential to become a Senior Account Executive (AE). Your development is our priority, with clear milestones for growth.

• Structured Mentorship: Join a supportive team of experienced sales reps and Level 4 team leads, ensuring ample hands-on mentorship.
• Daily Coaching: Receive daily coaching sessions during your first month to ensure you are ramping up effectively.
• Progression Transparency: Progress through four levels with increasing responsibility and earning potential before promotion to AE.
• Pipeline Generation: Your key focus will be outbound prospecting and building sales pipeline for our cutting-edge AI platform.

The Candidate We Seek: Proven Commitment & Drive

We are seeking exceptional individuals who have demonstrated the ability to balance rigorous academics with meaningful real-world commitments.

• Academic Foundation: A completed Bachelor's Degree from a Top 150-ranked university with a minimum overall 3.4 GPA.
• Real-World Acumen: Possess a minimum of six months of true work experience (post-graduate or continuous part-time/full-time during school), or significant responsibility held via long‑term internships.
• Maturity and Responsibility: Proven ability to "hold down a responsibility in school," evidenced through a strong history of internships.
• Competitive Edge (If Graduated in Last Year): Your resume must showcase an outstanding commitment in the last year through:

• 2+ Internships.
• College Athlete or Club Sport participation.

The Compensation & Logistics

• OTE: $27,000
