We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help bring functional, yet beautifully executed digital experiences to life—especially in the website space—for some of today’s most recognizable brands. You’ll guide the design of high-performing work across channels and devices, applying your passion for visual storytelling, your eye for detail, and your ability to work within and evolve established design systems. You’ll shape brand evolution through smart design and strategic thinking, in close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
Execute interactive designs that are innovative, strategically grounded, and visually engaging
Design responsive web pages and digital experiences that are brand-consistent and user-centered
Extend visual design concepts across channels—including social, OLA, email, and CRM—to ensure cohesive brand expression throughout the customer journey
Apply accessibility best practices to ensure designs are inclusive, usable, and compliant across all digital touchpoints
Create, apply, and evolve components within established design systems and libraries
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, product, content, strategy, and technology
Present and articulate design decisions with clarity and confidence to internal teams and client stakeholders
Stay current on digital trends, design best practices, and emerging tools
Contribute to a range of projects, working with creative leads and project managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Manage your time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and project goals
Leverage and expand scalable, on-brand design systems
Lead workstreams independently bringing clarity, creative solutions, and openness to feedback
Simplify complex ideas through thoughtful visual storytelling and intuitive interaction design
Develop clear visual hierarchies and compelling visual concepts
Prepare and package design assets for development or final delivery as needed
Collaborate as a proactive, thoughtful team member—understanding how large interactive teams operate and participate effectively in critiques and reviews
Support and prepare visual presentation materials for internal and client-facing meetings
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in visual design, digital product design, or web design
A strong portfolio of digital and web work that showcases your eye for layout, typography, color, interaction, and system design thinking is a MUST
Experience designing for multi-channel digital ecosystems, including web, social, CRM, and paid media
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, communication design, or related field—or equivalent experience
Agency experience (advertising or interactive) is a plus
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and ability to independently prioritize on behalf of the team
