About the Role
We are looking for a numbers-driven media buyer who is enthusiastic about growth and speed to manage TikTok Shop ad campaigns, focusing on maximizing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). While GMV Max automates many buying mechanics, this role demands keen instincts in budget allocation, offer testing, and creative scaling.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams and our in-house creators to set up campaigns with optimal offers, engaging creatives, and effective budgets. You will analyze results, iterate quickly, and scale successful strategies.

What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns for various clients
- Collaborate with client success managers to align offers and promotions with campaign strategies
- Identify and experiment with creative hooks and formats to enhance GMV Max campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze metrics including spend, ROAS, CPA, and GMV impact
- Adjust budgets and targeting strategies to optimize GMV growth
- Develop and test hypotheses, conduct structured experiments, and create scalable playbooks from insights
- Report on results and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated on TikTok ad platform trends and best practices to exploit new opportunities
Successful Outcomes
- Participate in client meetings to discuss ad performance and GMV Max campaigns
- Effectively scale GMV for clients through paid efforts
- Establish repeatable strategies for offers and creatives that consistently achieve ROAS-positive growth
- Become the go-to expert within the organization for TikTok GMV Max campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in paid media (TikTok ads, Meta, or other performance channels)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC sales funnels
- A passion for data: able to analyze dashboards and metrics to identify trends
- An analytical thinker capable of translating numbers into actionable insights
- A creative mindset for crafting content and messaging that resonates on TikTok
- A proactive, resourceful approach with a startup mentality
- A relentless drive for excellence; eager to test, learn, and scale quickly
- Ability to work within Eastern Time/New York time zone
