BLP.co, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a Digital Media Designer (Video, Motion Graphics & Graphic Design with AI-Powered Tools) to create compelling video, motion graphics, and static assets across digital, TV, print, and out-of-home (OOH) channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design and editing skills who is also adept at using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. You’ll work on a diverse range of projects, producing high-quality ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and more. We specialize in high-performance advertising, managing $100M+ in annual ad spend and partnering with some of the fastest-growing brands. Who You Are: A creative problem solver with a strong foundation in video, motion graphics, and graphic design. Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows and push creative boundaries. Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with experience integrating AI-powered design and editing tools (e.g., Veo3, NanoBanana, ElevenLabs etc.). Capable of juggling multiple projects with quick turnarounds in a performance-driven, data-backed environment. Passionate about direct-response marketing and staying ahead of creative trends. Responsibilities: Video & Motion Graphics: Edit engaging, high-performing short- and long-form video ads (:15s to 1-hour) for digital and TV. Create motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and drive conversions. Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate production, automate tasks, and experiment with new techniques. Adapt creative across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and performance objectives. Graphic Design & Creative Development: Design static and dynamic ad creatives for digital, print, and OOH campaigns. Use AI tools to explore creative variations, enhance design quality, and optimize layouts. Develop visuals that align with brand guidelines while standing out in competitive ad spaces. Collaborate with media buyers and account managers to refine creatives based on performance data and A/B testing insights. Integrate AI into the creative workflow to enhance efficiency and unlock new creative possibilities. Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging AI tools to refine and elevate ad creative. Work closely with internal teams and clients to explore new approaches to storytelling, automation, and design in advertising. Test and iterate on creative assets to maximize direct-response performance. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. Strong portfolio/reel showcasing high-quality video, motion graphics, and digital ad designs, with examples of AI-assisted creative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, DALL·E, ChatGPT, etc.). Understanding of digital advertising best practices (especially for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads). Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
