About the Role
As a Designer , you will contribute to the development and execution of compelling brand and campaign systems. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking and design craft, translating ideas into visually engaging and strategically sound executions. You will collaborate closely with senior designers, art directors, strategists, and writers to bring brand stories to life through high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Support the creation of brand and campaign concepts, ensuring designs are engaging and insight-driven.
Explore multiple creative directions, contributing fresh ideas to projects.
Maintain a strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
Collaborate with senior creatives to refine visual narratives and enhance conceptual strength.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, proactively offering creative solutions.
Deliver polished, high-quality design assets, ensuring brand consistency.
Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging design tools.
Adapt quickly to different brand aesthetics, tailoring designs to project needs.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail, refining typography, layouts, and finishing touches.
Organize and structure design files properly for seamless production handoff.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and developers.
Accept and apply feedback constructively, demonstrating a growth mindset.
Present design work clearly in internal meetings, articulating creative decisions with confidence.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and evolving best practices.
Take initiative on self‑directed projects, strengthening problem‑solving and creative exploration.
Basic Qualifications
A portfolio that demonstrates smart, brand‑building design solutions and executions.
2+ years of experience in an agency, brand, or design studio environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and digital design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and brand systems.
Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling design solutions.
Experience working within brand identity systems and campaign ecosystems.
Strong organizational skills—ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
Enthusiasm for creative risk‑taking and exploration of new design approaches.
A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and eager to grow in a fast‑paced creative environment.
Compensation
Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. There is no fixed deadline to apply. Information on benefits is here.

California: $54,900 – $131,300
Cleveland: $50,800 – $105,000
Colorado: $54,900 – $113,400
District of Columbia: $58,400 – $120,800
Illinois: $50,800 – $113,400
Maryland: $54,900 – $113,400
Massachusetts: $54,900 – $120,800
Minnesota: $54,900 – $113,400
New York/New Jersey: $50,800 – $131,300
Washington: $58,400 – $120,800
