Job Title Designer / Drafter Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D modeling and be well-versed in ASME standards and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models using Inventor software. Apply ASME standards and GD&T principles to ensure designs meet quality and functional requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative mechanical structures. Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Essential Skills Proficiency in Inventor and 3D modeling software. Strong understanding of ASME standards. Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to work independently with a self-driven mentality. Additional Skills & Qualifications A proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment The role operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity. The team values a proactive and self-driven approach to work. Dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Fort Worth, Texas. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
