We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and inventive leader to own our onsite, search, and AI application strategy—transforming how customers discover and engage with Amazon Fashion and Fitness. This role sits at the heart of our Marketing ecosystem, connecting creativity, analytics, and customer insights to build experiences that inspire exploration and drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Develop an end‑to‑end vision for how customers navigate the onsite experience, designing and optimizing campaigns that improve relevancy, conversion, and engagement across key customer cohorts.
Lead experimentation and testing in partnership with marketing, product, and tech teams, using data to uncover opportunities, define success metrics, and continually experiment to identify results at scale.
Pilot new AI‑driven applications and personalized shopping experiences, then scale the ones that resonate most deeply with customers.
Operate strategically and hands‑on, navigating ambiguity, influencing across teams, and driving alignment to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Shape the future of how customers shop Fashion and Fitness on Amazon—building experiences that feel intuitive, personal, and inspiring at every click.

Key Job Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end onsite strategy for Fashion and Fitness—including homepage optimization, navigation pathways, and onsite merchandising campaigns that drive awareness, discovery, and conversion across customer cohorts.
Develop and execute a holistic search strategy, ensuring customers can intuitively discover products and stories across all entry points—leveraging data, testing, and customer insights to continuously improve performance.
Lead experimentation across AI‑driven and algorithmic placements, partnering closely with tech and product teams to test, learn, and scale new applications that enhance personalization and relevance for millions of customers.
Translate data into action—build and analyze performance dashboards, identify trends, define success metrics, and use insights to influence future marketing and onsite optimization decisions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with category, creative, analytics, and tech teams to bring new ideas from concept to application, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Champion innovation by staying on the cutting edge of retail, search, and AI advancements—identifying new opportunities for Amazon to differentiate the shopping experience for Fashion and Fitness customers.
Balance strategic vision with operational excellence, managing competing priorities while driving consistent performance improvements and delivering against business goals.
Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Tech with clear narratives grounded in customer insights, business impact, and data‑backed recommendations.
Serve as a thought leader for the broader organization—shaping how Amazon approaches onsite engagement and helping define the future of digital discovery and shopping experiences.
About the Team
The Fashion and Fitness Marketing team at Amazon is an end‑to‑end marketing organization that drives how customers discover, engage, and fall in love with our selection—onsite, offsite, and in real life. From homepage storytelling to high‑impact brand campaigns and experiential events, we connect inspiration to purchase across every touchpoint.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
Experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
