What We Need
We are looking for a Director of Digital Music Strategy to shape the landscape of digital audio with us!
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the VP of Digital Radio to oversee programming for over 200 streaming stations, ensuring our content is innovative, captivating, and aligns with our brand.
Assist the programming team in managing audio, music, and rotation governance for diverse music and talk formats.
Implement programming strategies to enhance audience engagement and revenue growth in the streaming space.
Compile and analyze research to facilitate data-driven music decision-making.
Work with teams to develop station branding, sonic imaging, and visual identity.
Identify music trends to foster new concept development.
Support the playlisting team in curating music across multiple genres, moods, and eras.
What You'll Need
Over 5 years in medium-to-large market radio programming focused on music strategy and curation.
At least 3 years of experience with music scheduling software (GSelector preferred).
A minimum of 3 years using radio audio playout software (S+ and NexGen preferred).
Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze data for playlist curation.
Proficiency in Excel is a bonus.
Some experience with audio editing software is advantageous.
Experience with DSP playlist strategies is a plus.
Strong organization skills to handle multiple projects accurately and efficiently.
Compensation
Your salary will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience and market data. The pay range is $30.77 - $38.46 per hour.
