We are looking for a Web Developer (full stack) .
Owned.com is the digital face of our international live‑entertainment company, which produces world‑class musical productions in local languages across multiple markets. Each country within our group manages its own website, with the goal of selling tickets for their shows. As we manage our ticket sales directly next year, we aim to develop an advanced, commercially optimised, and personalised customer journey that includes internal and external upsell and cross‑sell opportunities from 2026 forward.
Our vision is a scalable, flexible and sustainable web platform hosted in Azure, combining a generic structure for central maintenance with customisable features for local needs. All new functionalities will be built generically to serve every market within our group. This role reports to the future Head of Development.
Specific responsibilities
Develop, maintain and support our (currently Drupal‑based) Owned.com website, ensuring it meets the functional needs of our international markets and ensuring optimal performance, security and scalability.
Design, build and implement scalable and reusable features and components with a focus on reusability across international markets.
Build flexible, scalable full‑stack solutions that can adapt to evolving business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers and developers to ensure an excellent user experience.
Implement best practices for CI/CD, code reviews and testing to maintain high‑quality code.
Provide technical documentation for new functionalities and processes.
Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Maintain and support our Azure‑hosted environment, ensuring security, performance and reliability.
Monitor website performance and scalability to ensure sustainability.
Implement new features and enhancements to optimise the customer journey for ticket sales, focusing on personalisation and commercial success.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer with strong knowledge of both front‑end and back‑end technologies. Plus is experience in ticketing and/or e‑commerce.
Expertise in Drupal development, including module creation, theming and site architecture.
Strong back‑end development skills with PHP, Node.js or other relevant technologies.
Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms, including environment management and deployment.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and integration techniques.
Understanding of scalable, secure web architecture and best practices.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of personalisation technologies and marketing automation tools.
Background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in database management (SQL and NoSQL).
Understanding of SEO and performance optimisation techniques. Proficient understanding of operational and commercial ticketing processes.
