As we scale adoption in the enterprise space, we need a Growth Marketer who can build demand, generate leads, and help position Richtech as a leader in industrial robotics.
What You’ll Do
Lead digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, CRO, and industry events to drive enterprise pipeline.
Build and manage nurturing programs, referral/affiliate channels, and lifecycle marketing that support long-term adoption.
Create technical sales enablement tools—ROI calculators, case studies, and collateral—tailored for enterprise decision-makers.
Partner closely with our Industrial Sales Director to align campaigns with sales priorities.
Leverage analytics to track KPIs, optimize CAC/LTV, and accelerate enterprise deal velocity.
What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or enterprise marketing.
Strong background marketing high-value, complex solutions (automation, robotics, SaaS, or enterprise tech a plus).
Deep knowledge of digital acquisition channels, CRO, and data analytics.
Ability to simplify technical value into clear, persuasive campaigns for C-level audiences.
Proven success building measurable pipeline in an enterprise environment.
