Pay $101,150 – $136,850
Minimum Experience: 5 years+
Work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Responsibilities
Leads and performs the identification, analysis, and documentation of requirements for network LAN technologies and services (e.g., wireless, data, voice, video, cable, wire) based on customer goals, objectives, cost and security constraints, to lead the design process
Works collaboratively with other stakeholders (Transport, Transport, Metropolitan Area Network (MAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN), Structured Cabling, Project Manager, etc.) in focused, agile‑inspired sprint teams
Provides oversight and consultation of work intake processes, backlog, and execution of requests, coordinating with IT Business leaders, Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Creates and documents designs that conform to architectural and security standards to meet customer requirements, using design templates and standard implementation packages
Prepares, deploys, and coordinates installation of complex implementation packages per company standards
Provides Level 3 Incident/Problem Management support in preventative, proactive and reactive maintenance to meet service restoration and network availability objectives, using network analysis and monitoring tools
Supports and participates in component research to provide input for more comprehensive evaluation
Leads and performs implementation planning for tactical multi‑technology insertion projects, using established project management methodologies for the purpose of controlling costs and ensuring adherence to project plan
Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches & Cisco IOS implementations
3+ years of experience with Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
3+ years of experience utilizing Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network protocols
Ability to support after‑hours change windows and implementations
Willing to cover on call shifts, including weekends and after hours

Preferred Qualifications
CCNA, CCNP or other Cisco Certification
Experience with Arista networking
Experience with Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud
Experience with Cisco CLI
Experience with NTP
Experience with Palo Alto next generation firewall systems and Panorama
Experience with IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations
Experience with Splunk
