Position Title Market Solution Manager (Europe, North America, and Australia)
Job Responsibilities
Market Insight Reports:
Collect regional macro‑policies, industry trends and competitors' information, and formulate market insight and competitive analysis reports.
Product Optimization Proposals:
Put forward product optimization or development proposals to relevant departments based on user feedback and proactive research.
Bidding & Tendering Support:
Cooperate with international market bidding and tendering business, coordinate to provide technical Q&A, document response and commercial policy support.
Order Resource Guarantee:
Verify the accuracy of order information such as configuration, price and delivery date, ensure the whole‑process order transmission, and guarantee production scheduling resources in combination with inventory status.
Key Customer & Channel Empowerment:
Conduct overseas customer visits to understand customer demands, provide product training, carry out dealer channel empowerment, and support market development and construction.
Others:
Provide support for promotion activities, receive important customers, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
Language & Cultural Background:
Currently residing in or already settled in China; culturally adaptable and empathetic to Chinese culture.
Experience:
Background in construction machinery sales is preferred; familiarity with European, North American, and Australian markets is an advantage.
Personal Qualities:
Broad vision, proactive learner and innovator, strong execution and communication skills, practical and hardworking, and resilient under pressure.
