About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Producer’s Assistant to support the Executive Producer (EP) in the execution of UGC ad campaigns and vertical miniseries productions. You will be involved in all aspects of project coordination—from idea to delivery—helping maintain high creative standards and efficient workflows. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow in the digital content and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities
Support the EP in managing UGC ad production pipelines, from creative briefs to final delivery. Assist with scheduling, budgeting coordination, and communication with creative teams. Help oversee vertical miniseries production tasks, including liaising with third‑party production partners. Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with writers, directors, editors, and contractors. Assist in organizing and maintaining production documents, calendars, and delivery deadlines. Collaborate in building and maintaining a database of freelance creators, actors, and influencers. Assist in developing and managing a location database for future productions. Coordinate casting outreach and scene logistics for UGC and scripted miniseries shoots. Monitor post‑production timelines and facilitate internal feedback cycles. Conduct market and creative research on industry trends, platform formats, and competitor content. Take meeting notes and prepare summary reports as needed. Requirements
1–2 years of experience in production, content creation, or digital media. Familiarity with UGC formats, short‑form video, and vertical storytelling. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Clickup, Asana, Monday). Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on UGC ads, branded content, or short‑form scripted production. Familiarity with working with production vendors, contractors, or post houses. Understanding of performance marketing and creative iteration strategies is a bonus.
