JOB OVERVIEW The Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to select clients in the firm’s portfolio to collaboratively develop and execute successful marketing strategies in alignment with the clients’ goals, objectives and budget. Through exceptional service and attention to detail, the Account Manager collaborates with our internal teams to strategically identify and provide their collection of clients with scalable solutions for existing business challenges and develop proactive recommendations for future growth opportunities.
As an experienced professional on the Account Management team, the Account Manager works closely with the Director of Brand Strategy to monitor client satisfaction, the financial health, and workflow opportunities for managed clients. By maintaining a pulse on the evolving industry, the Account Manager actively engages in training workshops, stays abreast of the latest industry advancements and seeks to implement learnings into the project management process. Lastly, the Account Manager plays a key role in community engagement and outreach initiatives to uphold a positive culture surrounding the PATHOS brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts
Oversees multi-channel strategic creative and media solutions for managed clientele
Manages the end-to-end project management workflow to achieve profitable, cost-efficient, timely, and meaningful output
Cultivates and nurtures the client relationship to ensure a sustainable, long-term and mutually beneficial partnership
Understands and articulates enterprise-level business solutions for industry verticals and communication channels impacting clients
Leverages data and analytic insights in pre- and post-campaign phases to determine actionable improvements for future endeavors
Communicates the client and individual project goals to help identify priorities, areas of opportunity and key performance indicators
Participates in trainings and workshops to enhance individual skills, work efficiencies and innovative recommendations and insights
Attends events hosted by PATHOS, clients or partnering community organizations to build brand presence
QUALIFICATIONS
2 - 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, communications, or other related professional service fields. Creative/Marketing agency and/or customer service experience preferred.
Understanding of traditional and paid media landscapes
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or similar studies
Exceptional attention-to-detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across different teams/departments and functions within the organization
Must possess strong presentation, written communication, proofing and critical thinking/analytic skills
Loves to multi-task, meet deadlines and tackle challenges with drive and enthusiasm
Desires to learn in an evolving industry, grow within the firm and connect with people to make a difference in the community
Proficiency in G-Suite and project management software (Workamajig) a plus
