Job Description

Audio Visual Field Technician Completes installations and service calls for our commercial customers, based out of Las Vegas, NV. A/V technicians are responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of Video, Control, and Data systems ensuring installed equipment meet the required specifications. Physical aspects of the job include but are not limited to low voltage installations, carrying and climbing ladders, running video, CAT6 and fiber optic cabling, running wires though raceway or tray with a high level of craftsmanship. Rack Fabrication and System Commissioning under the supervision of engineering staff. Computer and A/V Control system understanding and skills are required and will be requested to be demonstrated.

Basic Employment Requirements

Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Ability to pass a complete background check and random drug screenings

Neat clean and professional appearance

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Capable of lifting up to 80lbs

Good customer service skills -- polite and professional

Work 5-6 days 8-12 hours when necessary

In order to be successful in this position, you must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic. The desire for continuing education and job skill advancement are required.

Strong project management is also required. Continuing Education provided to those that qualify.

Trade Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Associates Degree in Technology is recommended, or work experience accepted

Infocomm CTS or CTS-1 Desirable

OSHA 10 or 30 Card

Fork Lift and Scissor-lift Certification/ Must be willing to take Class
