Asset & Wealth Management – Vice President Marketing Supervisory Manager (New York, NY)
Join JPMorgan Chase as a Marketing Supervisory Manager focused on asset and wealth management. Oversee regulatory compliance for marketing materials and create partnerships across business units.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to SEC, FINRA, and firm regulations and guidelines.
Attend alternative investments team meetings to track product launches and foster relationships.
Advisory on marketing strategy and campaign development for the business.
Assist with the review and approval of marketing collateral, presentations, social media and other communications.
Deliver training to marketing staff on policy and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate content on intranet sites and collaborate with business to keep content relevant.
Participate in meetings with Business, Controls, Legal, Media Relations, Tax Department, Government Relations, and other stakeholders.
Join local Wealth Management Supervisor Manager and global Supervisory Manager calls to exchange best practices.
Attend client calls and webcast to support compliance with rules, regulations, and policies.
Work with Technology partners and MRC team to identify, communicate and implement enhancements to automated marketing review application.
Solicit feedback from clients and peers to improve Communications Review function.
Undertake supervisory projects to strengthen the Capital Markets Solutions team.
Required Qualifications
10+ years experience in consumer regulatory compliance, supervision, controls, risk or audit.
FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 license required.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Background in alternative investments and marketing review.
Familiarity with SEC and FINRA regulations on marketing.
Experience in financial services with knowledge of marketing and advertising practices.
Excellent decision maker capable of managing multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Controls and business.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline; MBA/JD preferred.
Additional FINRA Series 66 (or 63/65), 9/10 exam preferences.
Compensation $210,000 – $275,000 per year.
