As a Freelance Social Media Manager, you will lead and execute social media strategy for SLA Worldwide and our client portfolio, helping tell each brand’s story through impactful content, creative campaigns, and consistent engagement. The role requires strong brand voice, content strategy, and audience engagement skills within the fast‑paced restaurant and retail space. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute customized social media strategies aligned with each client’s goals, brand identity, and audience. Manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as needed). Collaborate with internal creative and client teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns, contests, and promotions. Oversee day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, and brand engagement, maintaining a consistent tone and style. Monitor and analyze social performance metrics; prepare reports highlighting engagement, reach, and ROI. Engage with followers, influencers, and online communities to strengthen brand visibility and loyalty. Identify and leverage social media trends, audio, and platform updates relevant to restaurant and retail audiences. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure cohesive, on‑brand visuals. Qualifications

2+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or brand‑side). Experience with restaurant, retail, or hospitality brands strongly preferred. Strong understanding of current trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools (Metricool, Later, Hootsuite, or similar). Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail. Strong organization skills – able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and content calendars simultaneously. Experience collaborating remotely with distributed teams. Basic understanding of paid media, content boosting, or influencer marketing is a plus. Creative, proactive, and solutions‑driven personality with a passion for digital engagement.
