Salary Compensation:

$19/hr to $21/hr.

Summary:

In this role, you are responsible for delivering on programs and processes that drive revenue growth in our segment of advertisers. As a Strategic Sales Specialist you will support innovative scalable sales programs for a global Social Media platform across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of advertisers by building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.

Drive engagement and revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities, delivering tailored product recommendations, and leading strategic budget discussions.

Conduct outreach through virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and SMS to connect with clients and pitch marketing solutions.

Represent the company in a consultative sales capacity, ensuring each client receives personalized, high‑quality service that supports their marketing objectives.

Assist clients in the setup, review, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other programmatic tools.

Ensure all creative assets, tracking links, and targeting information are correctly submitted and aligned with campaign goals.

Monitor live campaigns, analyzing key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI to make data‑informed recommendations.

Track campaign performance and identify trends, underperformance, or technical issues.

Compile reports and deliver insights to clients to help them understand campaign results and how to improve future performance.

Use internal dashboards and CRM tools to manage activity and maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign statuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns, with hands‑on experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, or X (formerly Twitter) Ads. Background in digital marketing, account management, or customer success within a performance‑driven environment is a plus.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with comfort leading virtual meetings and strategic discussions.

Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Experience in a client‑facing sales or marketing role within an agency, ad tech, or digital media company.

Understanding of marketing objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Passion for digital media, advertising, and staying ahead of marketing trends.

Familiarity with creative formats for social media and programmatic ad campaigns.
