Consultancy: Intermediate Brand Designer Duty Station: Global Communication and Advocacy, Brand Team Duration: 1 December 2025 – 1 December 2026 Home/Office Based: Remote Scope of Work

Working cross-functionally within the Global Division of Advocacy and Communication and with colleagues in Country Offices and National Committees around the world to perform design services structured around deliverables such as logo packages, branded assets and brand guidelines. Terms of Reference / Key Deliverables

Design standards and assets for priority initiatives WCD Ideation and Strategy (3 different design directions) WCD Master Visual - Brand Weshare WCD Brand Guidelines (40 page document) WCD Social Media Assets WCD Video end cards (12) Holiday cards (12) Branded Collateral Logo packages in languages (10) Branded merchandise design: Totes, Pens, Lanyards, Notebooks Regular design resources: PowerPoint templates (3), Letterhead templates (5), Advocacy Brief templates (2) Design support for inclusive storytelling: Advocacy Brief templates (4), Image selection for inclusive storytelling (2 packages), Inclusive storytelling brochure (2), Presentation design for inclusive storytelling (4) Deliverables timelines include: WCD assets by September 1, 2026 Holiday Cards by November 15, 2026 Branded collateral milestones through March 31, 2026 Additional design resources by June 30, 2026 Inclusive storytelling materials by December 1, 2026 Qualifications

Education:

University degree in Design, art, art direction, brand design or a related field Knowledge/Experience/Skills: Minimum of two years of experience Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) First-hand experience in creating branded collateral for the humanitarian sector Understanding of UNICEF or similar brand identity system Requirements

Completed profile in UNICEF\'s e-Recruitment system and: Upload copies of academic credentials Financial proposal including costs per deliverable and total lump-sum (in US$) to undertake the terms of reference Travel costs and daily subsistence allowance, if applicable Any other estimated costs: visa, health insurance, and living costs as applicable Indicate availability Emergent / unforeseen duty travel and related expenses will be covered by UNICEF At contract award, the selected candidate must have current health insurance coverage Payment of professional fees will be based on satisfactory deliverables; UNICEF reserves the right to withhold payment for non-delivery or delays Other Information
