Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in‑person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

By working in concert with our lead scientists and engineering master‑minds, the Video Content Creator will capitalize on and creatively drive the visual story arc on such breakthrough technologies as: Radiation Hardened space computers, Electromagnetic Spectrum solutions, Hydrogen/Electric powered land and air vehicles, Cybersecurity, Autonomous land vehicles, and Military GPS technology.

In this position, the Video Content Creator has the daily opportunity to:

Demonstrate versatility in a variety of digital video platforms such as: DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of video, graphic and audio creation tools.

Create cinematic‑based, storytelling visual narratives through the intelligent use of camera, lighting and editing technology.

Translate complex scientific aerospace technology topics into compelling vignettes supporting general branding, marketing and executive communication campaigns.

Understand and apply color management through Blackmagic Design s color wheel technology

Show a strong knowledge of LED Lighting setups for multi‑camera studio and location shoots

Share a vast knowledge of video industry trends which can apply & adapt to social media distribution

Work effectively and creatively in a remote capacity with our Content creation team of: 3D animators/CG generalists, photographers, videographers/editors and others across the business

Apply mainstream audio processing applications, such as: Fairlight, Izotope RX8 , and Ozone.

Other Duties/Responsibilities include:

Full control of collaboration sharing tools: MS 365, Teams & other Office products as required to perform daily office/administrative tasks; attend and contribute effectively to regular staff, customer kick‑off and creative meetings.

Occasional off‑hours or weekend assignments will be required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

In this position, the Video Content Creator must have a four undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university, college or technical school.

5 years NLE experience

The ability to easily and effectively operate Black Magic Design & RED cameras and full suite of related applications

A versatile use and successful deployment of projects on such platforms as: DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of video, graphic and audio creation tools.

Create cinematic‑based, storytelling visual narratives through the intelligent use of camera, lighting and editing technology.

Understand and apply color management theory through Blackmagic Design s color wheel technology

Show a strong knowledge of LED Lighting setups for multi‑camera studio and location shoots

Apply mainstream audio processing applications, such as: Fairlight, Izotope RX8 , and Ozone.

Experience with MS 365, Teams & other Office products – occasional off‑hours or weekend assignments will be required.

Provide a link to current works either through online portals or private links to Vimeo or other cloud server channels upon request.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Certifications in the video production and/or broadcast industry – e.g. Davinci, Avid, etc.

Generative A.I. prompting for text‑to‑image, image‑to‑image LLMs

Virtual production/xR workflows through green screen or LED wall volumes

Vast knowledge of video industry trends which can apply & adapt to social media distribution

Experience working effectively and creatively in a remote capacity with our Content creation team of: 3D animators/CG generalists, photographers, videographers/editors and others across the business

Pay Information Full‑Time Salary Range: $81,156 – $137,964

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
