We’re looking for a full‑time
Associate Event Producer
to join our team.
The Associate Event Producer role entails:
Assisting the Events team in concepting creative onsite design elements and activations for high‑impact photographical moments at events
Researching, sourcing and managing venues and vendors
Coordinating shipping and logistics in partnership with our warehouse team and clients
Managing guest lists, RSVPs, VIPs and media check‑in
Hospitality and booking travel such as flights, car service and hotels
Sourcing and arranging custom branded gifting for room drops and/or event gifting
Collecting data for recapping events
Administrative duties such as database organization, invoice processing, expense tracking, bill payments
Team database organization and management
Organizing and maintaining Team files and folders
Taking notes during client and team calls
Assisting with onsite event production, including load‑in, set‑up and break down
Travel up to 20% of the year; must be able to travel and have a passport
You should be very comfortable with:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs and relevant event planning software
Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
File management and organization
Keeping calm in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and follow‑through is crucial
Having a customer service and client‑focused approach to everything you do
Required skills and abilities:
3+ years of experience in the professional event and/or brand marketing activation industry environment is a must
Strong organizational skills are a must
A problem‑solving expert who can handle any event‑day curveballs with a grin.
A person who loves the details and is good at managing a project.
Someone who is great at interacting with people with strong communication skills.
Excellent communication skills and passionate about building and maintaining community connections and long‑term relationships
Ability to multi‑task and work proactively
Competent in database management and working in spreadsheets
Experience in managing budgets
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and personalities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple projects and timelines with shifting deadlines
Ability to do physical work including standing for 8+ hours, lifting boxes (up to 50lbs) and field set‑up.
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Experience working in an agency environment is a plus, but not required
