Are you a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketer with a passion for real estate and storytelling? Our growing real estate brokerage is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join us in-office and take the lead on our marketing efforts—from social media and content creation to brand strategy and campaign coordination.

Social Media & Content Creation

Plan, create, post, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Capture and edit photo/video content of listings, agents, events, and client success stories.

Create engaging property videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.

Monitor trends and analytics to grow our brand presence and engagement.

Marketing Strategy & Coordination

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings, agents, and company branding.

Manage the monthly marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and printers as needed.

Organize marketing materials such as listing brochures, mailers, flyers, and presentations.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and CRM updates.

Brand & Community Growth

Support agent branding and personal marketing strategies.

Plan and promote open houses, client appreciation events, and community partnerships.

Manage online reputation (Google reviews, Zillow, Yelp, etc.).

Track marketing performance metrics and provide reports and insights.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.

Skilled in videography, content creation, and basic editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).

Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Confident working in the office, collaborating with agents, and taking initiative.

Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome to Have)

Graphic design skills.

Knowledge of Google Ads/Facebook Ads.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.

Copywriting and storytelling for property descriptions or blog posts.

Compensation: $80,000 per year
